Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: • Identify and research potential customers. • Generate leads through various channels (e.g., online, networking). • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: • Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other digital channels. • Understand customer needs and pain points. • Build rapport and establish trust with customers. Sales Presentations and Closing Deals: • Present products or services to potential customers. • Address customer concerns and objections. • Negotiate and close deals. Sales Performance and Reporting: • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. • Track and report on sales performance. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

This role will involve front-end and back-end development, requiring a solid understanding of the full technology stack.

As interns you will be required to: - Develop web apps and automate processes on the Joget DX platform. - Development of the Joget DX platform core (plugins, integration, etc.)

Objectives You will work with members in Technical Solutions Team and other Departments within the Company to provide technical and design solutions related to Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) ('AM/3DP'), CNC Machining and related solutions to satisfy Customers' requirements. You will develop and grow the clientele base of the Company's businesses in AM/3DP, CNC Machining and related solutions to meet the Sales and Business Objectives of the Company. Key Responsibilities a. Manage and service existing customers through targeted visits, presentations and follow up calls b. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in developing solutions to customers. c. Work closely with Production and Operations teams to meet customers’ requirements and to resolve any issues arising. d. Prepare periodic sales analysis, reports and presentations. e. Follow up with customer on overdue invoices. f. Develop new customer accounts and grow clientele base.

Develop clear and concise technical documentation for IT software products and services including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, and technical specifications.
