Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: • Identify and research potential customers. • Generate leads through various channels (e.g., online, networking). • Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: • Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other digital channels. • Understand customer needs and pain points. • Build rapport and establish trust with customers. Sales Presentations and Closing Deals: • Present products or services to potential customers. • Address customer concerns and objections. • Negotiate and close deals. Sales Performance and Reporting: • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. • Track and report on sales performance. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirement / Criteria

Experience: 
• Open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and building relationships.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and the company's products or services.
• Education: A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience is often preferred.
