• Study and build comprehensive knowledge on the 2 software products
• Assist with business process requirements gathering
• Understand and propose functional improvements the product
• Prepare Product related documentation and reports
• Provide Product training and guidance
• Prepare and conduct Functional, Integration & Quality Testing when the product has an upgrade, change or fix
• Prepare and document Test Scripts
• Act as an Assistant Project Manager when required
• Build and Maintain Good Communication & Relationship with Project Manager, Software Developers & Clients
• Education – Diploma
• Good Written and Oral Communication Skills in Both Malay & English
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to plan, organize, structure work and multi task
