  • Able to solve complex problems on their own
  • Good networking skills and coaching skills
  • Results orientated
  • Willing and able to be on the ground to assist the team
  • Provide user support, where required, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues
  • Collecting and gathering operational data from various databases
  • Assist in maintaining and managing ParkIt’s data management systems
  • Assist in the creation of monthly operational reports for the Company
