Requirement / Criteria

Job Responsibilities

  • Gain actionable insights into customers pain points and communicating into relevant product teams for improvement in product/ service
  • Instilling confidence in customers through compassionate service attitude and with high professionalism
  • Take responsibility in customer retention. 
  • Daily transactions checking
  • Weekly transactions analysis
  • Contact user for surveys & feedback
  • Handle inquiries and delegate troubleshoot effort to the responsible departments

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively both in BM and in English
  • Able to handle large sets of data in an organised manner 
  • Candidates experienced in customer service field are preferred, but not compulsory
  • Training will be provided to improve service performance on par with international standards

Job Information

  2. Salary: RM1500-2500 per month
