Requirement / Criteria
Job Responsibilities
- Gain actionable insights into customers pain points and communicating into relevant product teams for improvement in product/ service
- Instilling confidence in customers through compassionate service attitude and with high professionalism
- Take responsibility in customer retention.
- Daily transactions checking
- Weekly transactions analysis
- Contact user for surveys & feedback
- Handle inquiries and delegate troubleshoot effort to the responsible departments
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively both in BM and in English
- Able to handle large sets of data in an organised manner
- Candidates experienced in customer service field are preferred, but not compulsory
- Training will be provided to improve service performance on par with international standards
