  • Self-motivated, proactive & take ownership of issues
  • Able to communicate professionally with clients
  • Stubborn on the job, aggressive, and agile
  • Able to solve complex problems on their own
  • Good networking skills and coaching skills
  • Results orientated
  • Willing and able to be on the ground to assist the team
  • Handle technical sales support emails and client relationship management to help
  • improve the ParkIt experience
  • Provide user support, where required, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Analyse and escalate user queries, issues and/or concerns where appropriate
  • Actively expand our website parking listing
  • Expand our market presence in Malaysia
  • Assist in the development of basic marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Collect user feedback on existing and future iterations of the product and feature rollouts
  • Work closely with the team to convert leads into tangible sales
  • Any other matters, as and when required, by the Company’s management
